Terms of Service

Effective October 22, 2026

These terms govern access to and use of ClearGuard services provided by ClearGuard Technologies, LLC.

Using ClearGuard

You must provide accurate account information, protect your login credentials, and use ClearGuard only for lawful purposes. You are responsible for the settings, people, devices, and accounts you connect to the service.

Families, schools, and organizations

Parents, guardians, schools, and organizations are responsible for having the authority and permissions required to manage connected users and devices and for complying with applicable laws, policies, and notice requirements.

Subscriptions and trials

Paid plans renew according to the billing period shown at checkout until canceled. Trial eligibility, duration, pricing, and included features are shown before purchase. You may cancel before renewal through the available account or support options.

Acceptable use

You may not interfere with the service, attempt unauthorized access, misuse another person’s account, reverse engineer protected service components except where law permits it, or use ClearGuard to violate another person’s rights.

Service availability

We work to keep ClearGuard reliable and secure, but the service may occasionally be interrupted for maintenance, security, provider outages, or circumstances outside our control. Website and application controls may not identify or block every destination or activity.

Service discontinuation

If we decide to discontinue a paid service, we will notify affected subscribers, stop future renewals for that service, and continue providing the subscribed service through the end of each subscriber’s current paid subscription term. No prorated refund is provided solely because discontinuation has been announced when the service remains available through the end of that paid term. If we cannot provide the service through the end of the paid term, we will provide any refund or other remedy required by applicable law. Nothing in these terms limits consumer rights that cannot legally be waived.

Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains what information ClearGuard handles and the privacy boundaries built into the service.

Account suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access when necessary to protect users or the service, address nonpayment, comply with law, or respond to a material violation of these terms. You may stop using ClearGuard and request account deletion at any time.

Changes

We may update these terms as ClearGuard changes. Material changes will be reflected on this page with a revised effective date.
